Co-founder with 20 years of medical imaging industry experience. Kyle also served 20 years in the Army National Guard and retired as First Sergeant of a Combat Engineer company.

Chuck Luhrs

Co-Founder and Chief Service Officer, In Memoriam

Chuck brought more than 30 years of imaging experience to the company, much of it as a multi-vendor field service engineer at GE Healthcare. Customer service and hands-on support shaped his work and the company he helped build.

Tim Rath

Chief Operating Officer

Leads operations with experience in business development, supply chain, sourcing and logistics. His previous leadership roles include PartsSource, HEPA Environmental Services and Safeguard Properties.

Phil Krauss

Vice President of Technical Operations

A biomedical and imaging engineer with 24 years of field experience. Phil has led installation, hospital service and Hologic programs across Philips, Masterplan, Aramark and Arch Medical.

Michael Hickman

Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Brings experience across sales, marketing, customer service, training and operations from PartsSource and 626, including the equipment installation process from drawings through applications.

Ben Duffield Magee

Senior Imaging Product Engineer

A former U.S. Army biomedical maintenance repairman with 25 years in medical device repair. Ben has also designed and taught imaging courses for apprentice and experienced engineers.

Fred Gutierrez

Lead Product Engineer

An Army veteran with three decades of OEM experience, including 10 years at Philips and 20 years at GE Healthcare working primarily on cath and vascular labs, plus X-ray and R&F systems.

Derrick Sankfield

Director of Operations

Leads operations with more than 25 years in warehousing, distribution centers and facilities management, including complex logistics work across the Middle East and West Africa.
